Mid-season variety (from germination to technical ripeness 60-75 days) for open and protected ground. The root crop is cylindrical, 35–45 cm long, 5–8 cm in diameter, smooth, weighing from 0.7 to 2 kg. Immersed in the soil 1/3-1/2 the length of the root crop, easily pulled out. The head and shoulders are greenish-yellow, the main colour is white.
The pulp is very juicy, snow-white, dense consistency. The taste is refreshing, without a spicy aftertaste. Used for fresh consumption and long-term storage.
